Quality Checklist

Before you decide on which playground to purchase check the following:

Plastic coated, textured, non-slip surface, all weather decks.

Decks without sharp edges to ensure minimum injury.

Double rust-resistant fasteners to all structural points.

Anti-tamper fasteners used throughout structure.

Easy grip posts ideal for small hands (no larger than 75x75mm).

High strength posts sufficient to support load (one 75x75 steel post supports 13 tone.)

A 100mm post with a wall thickness of 1.5mm, will actually contain 23.5% Less steel than our 75mm posts with a wall thickness of 2.5mm.

Fully galvanized steel components (internal and external corrosion resistance).

Full colour range of powder coat finishes (up to 50 colours).

Correctly prepared welds, mechanically cleaned.

Welds treated with zinc rich primer for corrosion resistance.

Member of The Playground & Recreation Association of Victoria.

All equipment consistent with the current Australian Standards for play equipment.
